Terp Law P.C. Welcomes Senior Attorney Andrea “Drea” Núñez
Terp Law P.C. is thrilled to add Attorney Andrea “Drea” Núñez to its roster. Attorney Núñez brings several years of individual and class action litigation experience, as well as impressive leadership contributions within the plaintiff’s side employment community.
Attorney Núñez received her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law in 2020, where she was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, Co-Director of the Workers’ Rights Clinic, Co-Founder of Catholics at Berkeley Law, and Secretary of La Alianza (formerly La Raza Law Students Association). She also served clients in the Wage Justice Clinic and the Berkeley Immigration Group Detention Outreach Project. During law school, Ms. Núñez externed for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges; Legal Aid at Work; and a Bay Area workers’ rights law firm Bryan Schwartz Law. She graduated with Pro Bono Honors with Highest Distinction and with a Public Interest and Social Justice Certificate. Upon graduating law school, Drea completed a one-year fellowship at the Impact Fund, where she worked on impact litigation, research, training, and amicus briefs in support of social justice. Immediately after her fellowship, she began her career as a workers' rights litigator in the Bay Area.
Attorney Núñez is on the board of the Foundation for Advocacy Inclusion Resources and the Center for Workers' Rights. She is also active on the Diversity Outreach Committee and Racial Justice Committee for the California Employment Lawyers Association.
