Rachel Terp Named In 2025 Super Lawyers List

Attorney Rachel Terp is honored to be included on the 2025 Northern California Super Lawyers list. She was first named to this list in 2024, and prior to that she was selected to the list of Northern California Rising Stars by Super Lawyers for seven years in a row (2017 to 2023).

Rachel Terp is the principal attorney at Terp Law, where she represents clients in state and federal court, and pre-litigation negotiations. She has succeeded in bringing and opposing summary adjudication and discovery motions, briefed, argued for, and obtained approval of class and collective action settlements, and litigated cases to the eve of trial.

Ms. Terp is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA). She currently serves as the Vice Chair of CELA’s Education Committee, a member of CELA’s Wage and Hour Committee, and previously served on CELA’s Nominating Committee. Ms. Terp also volunteers as a supervising attorney for Legal Aid At Work’s workers rights’ clinic.
